Along with the BBQ store and catering, i have decided to go roadside vending!
Starting tomorrow, RSS BBQ will be set up Tuesday thru Saturday, 11 to 7 on the east side of Gratiot, just north of 26 mile at the Boys N Toys motorcycle shop!
Stop by and say hello and grab a Pulled pork sammie or some slow smoked ribs! I'll have my backyard beans and coleslaw also! :cool:

How many different kinds of meat are you selling?
Pulled Pork, ribs and Brisket normally, adding chicken or sausage once in a while.
Whatever the customers are looking for, i try to accomodate.
Seems that way. :(
Been up north all weekend for a wedding, still looking for some of you farkers to come by and visit!;)

Stopped in for lunch today to see the "Celebrity chef".
Steve the food was fantastic!! Great to see the customers rolling in one after another!

Just an update for those that care......:rolleyes:
My temp permit expired and my STFU is not complete from the HD so i'm taking a couple weeks off to remodel the trailer and get my inspections completed.
No more tables for working surfaces, getting cabinets and countertops, some shelving and a new fridge along with a bigger water holding tank.
Should be back cooking Q by the 15th of July.
Be looking for the Grand Opening thread for details! :D

Just fricking amazes me in this F***** up Michigan economy they make folks jump through more hoops and make it that MUCH MORE difficult for a guy to try to make a living:mad:....sorry, just venting.

Thanks to those of you who have stopped by my office this year and for those who haven't have a 1 week reprieve as i'm gonna go a little longer.
The summer has flown by and i have made a lot of new friends and loyal customers. I'm taking a job as pit biotch for a local BBQ joint opening here in New Baltimore for the winter as i hope this will get me thru March so i can reopen for a full season next April!
Hope to see some of you this week or so, I guarantee you won't go away hungry! ;)
