Your wings were good, but to win any food competition, they have to be great! With that in mind, most comp food is too rich, our "jazzed up" to be eaten at home in large amounts.
You want to turn in 6 wings that make each judge go " WOW, I wish there was 12 in this box"

i was up (and moslty awake) for 39.5 hours. the 2hr drive home alone was very interesting.
