I have been searching around for a source of meat. I recieved the following responce for those that are interested. Please note that the following prices are subject to change with the current market. If you have any questions please give Keith a call!

Blade Meat / Brisket (75 lbs. average per case.) $2.19 / lb.
Pork Back ribs (approx. 30 lbs. per cs.) $3.49 / lb.
Pork Spare Ribs (approx. 38 lbs. per cs.) $2.09 / lb.
Sold in full case units only.

I agree, I get angus choice briskets every day for $1.99 baby backs for $2.99, spare for $1.79 , and butts for $1.09. Chicken varies, but it isn';t a big expense. If I buy them by the case, its even cheaper. I feed my butcher well every week, but he may be getting less soon, as i am about to take on a new nationwide sponsor for my meats and supplies for the rest of this seasons events.;) I have yet to see what they have to offer for meats. If the quality is lacking, I will not accept the contract :(. I will know for sure by the end of June!

No big timing, I didn't accept the offer. Resturaunt food, and meat cuts, small racks of ribs,and the pork and brisket were almost acceptable.:rolleyes:
