Some of you remember Jim from All day smoke. Still a competitor but in a pro walleye tournament on the Detroit river, currently in 42nd place out of 104 teams, one more day of fishing to go. Let's all pull for him:)

Been there done that.Comp cooking is way easier. I hope they do well, but my good buddies in the field are fighting for 3rd and 4th.

Fished tournaments for over 15 yrs. Finally got tired of the backstabbing and undercutting.

So I decided to take up BBQ, so far its been allot more fun!;)
