I've read the rules on meat and it says you can't pre-marinate or pre-cook the meat.


But can you pre marinate a marination injection mix?

Can you put ingredient a in to ingredient b mix, put in fridge, put in car cooler, then inject into meat?

Yes, but you cannot inject into the meat until after the on-site meat inspection.
