I was just wondering if someone posts a sheet on dishes to bring along for the Pot Luck Dinner, and folks choose one to bring so there won't be a bunch of re-peat items.

I will be at the potluck and I'm bringing Bavarian Smoke BBQ Potato Chips.
But I'll need someone's pit to cook this on. Since I'm not cooking that weekend and heading to Muskgeon for a Bowling State Tournament. You will love my chips.

How long do they need in the pit? I figure I'll be there about 3 and if dinner is at 7 or something, is that enough time?

if we are to dine around 7pm i have time to make something. so i did this last summer and it went over well. rotisserie pork loin stuffed with butternut squash and blue chz misture. its a little fall like, but damn good. butterfly the loin and then spread mixture and roll back up - 'tiss till med-med well. ( stuffing is pre cooked ) if this doesnt work out then i will come up with something else to make. maybe a big pot of clam chowder? this post is long enough, i will clam up now... HA!

Stopped to see Brian, the sunday before last. Told me he had to work sat. and that Kelli had started the drum, rubbed his butts, and had placed them on the smoker, before he got home from work. Maybe Kelli should be on the team instead. At least Brian said Kelli let him help pull the butts.:D

The punch bowl cake uses cake but isn't a traditional cake.
It is a layers of chocolate cake, whipped cream, chocolate pudding, and heath bars. You repeat those layers until the pan is full.
If you are going to order a big GLBBQA cake you can always change mine to sloppy joes. My wife makes some really good sloppy joes.
