What's this?
Another Grand Rapids area comp?
(Well, not an official KCBS event, but still...)

I need to get something going down here in the Ann Arbor area.

Oh well, probably won't be able to make this one either.:(

Ya right! After you saw the no-parboiling rule, you were backstepping so fast, just like you had happened upon the second skunk you'd ever seen. I'm surprised you didn't trip over a drum, on the way out.:)

Isn't it fun to poke fun at Bubba. Go ahead sfisch and take a wack at him.

Sorry that some of you cant make it. Maybe someone can help me with this. Since this is my first year, im not up and up on everything. I looked at the rules for another cook-off and they said no parboiling. Im not even sure what this is. Should I allow parboiling? Will this help me get more competitors? What is the benefit of parboiling?

We had a wonderful time at your event! Hope that you will do it again next year.

The rib challange was an unexpected twist. What better way to test skills?

Thanks Again!

They provided the ribs. Very Thin - different cut than anyone had seen before. It was a good test of culinary skills.
