i do have to work on friday the 23rd, so what is the time window for getting there? ( if any ) meat inspections times etc. time of the friday night feeding festivities? not sure i can get there in time to make anything or participate in that - but i will try to get out of work as soon as i can. its around a 2hr drive for me. ( my est. for leaving work is around 2pm )

If your there by 5 Tom, you'll be fine. Meat inspection can be done as soon as you set up and still have plenty of time to drink, errrr, prep. :cool:
