If I wanted to get into catering small parties what all kinds of licenses do I have to obtain? Can you get away without this?

Private parties = Personal chef = no permits required. ;)

So don't even start a "business" just do it all under the wire? I tried to send you a pm but it said I had something turned off. When you were on 26 mile did you have to have all the correct licences and such?

That's what I was trying to figure out. I'll stick to "private parties" for now.
