12 lb picnic rubbed with Simply Marvelous Cherry rub and smoked over Pecan wood.

Ran the drum about 200* for about 6 hrs.

Made up a glaze of honey, pineapple mango juice, mustard powder and ground cloves.

Smoked till 160 internal with several coats of the glaze the last hour or so.

...... also doing a ham on the barrel smoker. been on for 3 hrs now. glaze is made and ready for application soon.
