A small Catering job

As many of you may know I am very involved with The Flushing Walleye Festival here in town, and every year we have a wrap up dinner to thank the sponsors and the volunteers that helped with the event.

This year it was 65 people and we had Chicken, BBQ Beans and Mac and Cheese. I didnt get a lot of pics but here they are.

I rubbed the chicken with Plowboys and grilled them indirect on the Ranch Kettle. Didnt have time to take any actions shots, sorry...

The oven, we had access to a commercial kitchen for this one so it was easier...
