Comp Questions

I have been reading some threads where folks are talking about using three bus tubs like it is mandatory. Why would I need three bus tubs and is it required?

Usually you set up a Wash/Rinse/Sanitize station. I'v e got 3 bus tubs from Sam's Club I got for that purpose when it comes time to do the dishes.

As Bruce says. I dont know that it is mandatory at a comp, unless an organizer requires it. It is mandatory if you are going to be working with the public and the HD gets involved... You can also get the smaller tubs at Meijers for about $2.00 a piece but you get what you pay for. If you have restaurant depot near you they have a bit smaller ones than the one's at Sams for about $4.00 per...
