She passed away peacefully tonight at about 8:30. There will be no service at this time however she requested we have a wake so details will be available when it's planned. Tomorrow I'll post dinformation about her family scholarship fund in case anybody wants to make a small donation.

I don't want to sound ungrateful but if any of you want to call me, please give me a couple of days. RIght now I find it extremely difficult talking to friends and I'm just trying to hold it together. Email however seems to be OK. :(

Damn.
Only met Carol a few times but she was good people.
I feel terrible for Ford & she will be missed. :(

We are deeply saddened. We met up with Ford at Little Rock and caravaned down to Hammond. When Ford got the call that Carol was in trouble, he immediately packed up and drove straight through to Sparta - drove so hard that the driver's side window of his truck shattered.

Please keep Ford in your thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry for your loss, if it is any consolation, at least you were able to make it back and be by her side when she passed. Thoughts and prayers to you and your families.
