Just in time for the hockey game.
45 minutes in the drum, a dunk in the sauce, 15 back on the drum, one more dunk, and 15 more minutes. Its face off time. Only way to watch a red wings game!:D

1/3 cup Sriracha sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup apple juice
4 TSB butter
2/3 cup Famous daves zesty BBQ sauce.
heated it up and simmered for 10-15 minutes.

What temp were you around for the first 45 minutes? I'm guessing that was direct cooking?

yep, probably I always cook chicken at least 275-325.
The drummies I blasted at 375.
