Event looking for bbq vendor

Hey gang, I have an event organizer that is looking for a barbecue vendor for August 7th. This is an event that we normally do but are all ready booked for that day. Bubba, It's down here in Milan for a local car club. Its not a huge event maybe 150-ish customers? its the only food/beverage operation at the show.

The Car Guys like to bring coolers and lawn chairs. You know what happens in lawn chairs, they sit on their wallets and drink beer. And you can always tell one of the car owners when he's walking at one of these shows - he squeaks, and its not his shoes. :D

I've had some experience with car shows, and no longer do them. NTTAWW vending at car shows. My experience hasn't been very good. Motorcycle events, are a much better venue if your goal is to make money.

No offence intended, glad you've had a better experience. Must be the difference between honest-to-goodness car people in Michigan, versus the tight wad I-still-have-my-first-communion-money car people I've experienced in this area.

None taken, honestly I was surprised by this group, I had heard the same from others. They’re a nice group of folks who really appreciate the effort and don't mind paying for good food.
