Got up early this mornin to give MIKE'S Lang a good spring cleaning. ;)
No sense wasting perfectly good heat and smoke so on goes a comp practice brisket and a rack of BB's with a new rub!
Anybody else practicing yet?

I would be practicing but Travis is getting his braces on at 2:20pm and then I have dinner plans with some old high school friends... I might do something Sunday, like a pork butt or something...

I may do chicken tomorrow.

The lang does look really nice also.
