Just a little info in case anyone is interested.

Welcome to my 2009 Ultimate Grilling Recipe Contest.
It's time to share the obsession.
As many of you know, I've been globe-trotting almost non-stop the last three years to research my next book, Planet Barbecue, due out in spring, 2010. Along the way, I've experienced some pretty amazing things on the grill.
Now I'd like to see what you can do. We all know that all great barbecue begins at home. What's your ultimate grilling recipe? Something innovative, unusual, outrageous, but that tastes great and works like a dream? Something like the next Beer Can Chicken or Planked Salmon, only bigger and better!
Enter our Ultimate Grilling Recipe Contest, and you could win a grand prize of an all-expenses paid trip for two to my Barbecue University at the luxurious Broadmoor resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado, along with a state-of-the-art Weber gas grill.
To get you thinking about extreme grilling, I've come up with my own Ultimate Grilling Menu. Mussels grilled in flaming pine needles. Caveman T-bone steaks on the coals. Even a grilled dessert, pineapple spit-roasted on the rotisserie.
You can see and download the recipes, read about the contest, and send in an entry, all at www.barbecuebible.com/contest.
Check it out. Then show me what you've got. Stump me. Surprise me. Amaze me. Send us your recipe, photos, and even videos. Who knows, next year we might be grilling together at BBQ U at the Broadmoor.
Follow me on Twitter at http://twitter.com/sraichlen. I'll be tweeting daily while I'm on tour.
