If you have not been there take a look at the aerial map! There has to be room for at least 25 teams.

Lang will stay at home for this one. If I was doing the cook-off myself, I'd bring the Lang.. I love the half hour naps it affords me.
With the drum, and as that I'm going to be official yard bird cook, I can sleep all night. Thought about sleeping at the hotel, but the thought of missing all the fun at night nixed that. That and someone needs to keep an eye on you. This will be your first event. NO SHIGGING AND NO FALLING ASLEEP next to a lit pit for you.

Naps are essential for good "Q", thats one of the tricks they did not want anyone to know on Pitmasters. 'Cept when that one bonehead slept all night.

My wife will be glad you are watching out for me so I don't burn down my trailer and EZ up. :D
This is a practice event and I am a rookie so the rules should say SHIGGING ALLOWED!
I finishing up my 2nd drum right now for Eagle. I am hoping I can get everything done on 2 drums and my 1 wsm.
We are cooking on drums Mark - we don't need to stay up and add fuel like some of these stick burners and cabinet cookers. Drums are set it and forget it :p

Rookies can't. The first comp trimmings must be done under the watchful eye of a seasoned pro. Call the Rev.
