Well it is Krogers, so you know they will be enhanced... The butts at my local Krogers didnt look to bad, they were very small tho....

Ribs here are $1.37/lb , looked good, grabbed 4 slabs.:D

Checked out the Kroger ribs yesterday. Cryo wrapped and still frozen. I passed on them.

I did see them advertised this week at Kroger. Passed.
A place called Fresh choice at 10mi. and Hoover has them for .99 lb.
In cryo but there really not bad. Get a skimpy shiner rack in the middle once in a while.

It's Value Fresh market, stopped in today.
Ribs look like the rejects no other co. would take, BUT they had BIG beef ribs for $1.17/lb! ;)

Great meat prices all around, worth a visit!

Picked up a couple slabs last night at Krogers, they had some nice big whole shoulders with a in store special of .89.

Oops, I was thinking of the other place at 10mi. and I-94.
I picked up some of the beef bones. Real meaty, very nice.
The spares aren't 'comp' material, but turn out good for home cookin'.;)
