Hey folks, I fianally got around to posting something on here. My name is Steve, I'm the owner of Slowburn Catering out of Milan, Michigan. We currently have a Lang 84D with the 3X5 char-griller on a 28' dual axle trailer. I know a few of you have seen us at some local events, for those who haven't I'll try and post some pics at a later date.

It's about time Steve!
I met you and your wife at the dinner last year in Fenton.
My wife and I just moved out from downtown Milan, north about 7 miles.
I've seen you pulling your rig around town, but never smoking anywhere.
Anyway, glad to see you here, hope to see you around town.

As your agent, my commission check should be mailed to my home address.

Good luck with the project.
