Just wanted to say hi!
And thanks to scott for the kind help with trying to set up a BBQ contest up and Alpena mi .
I started cooking whole pig with my dad in 1973 on a cooker that we made then and just retired it in 2005 but had to make a clone replacement to make dad feel like at home .

We will be down to class on Feb. 20 by the thanks of mike.
