Greetings to all,

My name is Tom, I'm in Waterford. I have very little experience in smoking (one time the deck caught fire, long story...), but I'm a quick study and very willing to learn. If there is someone out there that would like to take me under their wing, please let me know. During the day I'm a computer networking engineer for a defense contractor. So I know computers and networks... Yes, I'm a geek it's ok. :)

If there is anything that I can do for anyone please let me know. :D

Thanks for the warm greeting... I think that it was Alton Brown that said "If you have one of these [pointing at the fire], you must have one of these [point at the fire extinguisher]." :p

Yep, already setup with the Judges class.

The story is long and painful, but story was that I was smoking (turns out that it was more grilling then anything else) and was doing adjustments to the wood. There was a flair up, a rolling piece of wood that I didn't see roll under the wsm and a nice dry summer breeze... You can figure out the rest... :D
