Do you have a raunt already established?
Are you looking to open a BBQ raunt or add it to your menu?
Where do you live and where are you looking to open a place?

I had the cooking experience and learned how to adapt it to a restaurant setting.
What is your background? Are you an established smoker now?

I have a little smoking exp., mostly bellies and ribs. I do not own a restaurant now but have been looking at some properties here in Lansing. I have been a chef for around 5 years in Atlanta.

Was hoping someone had a spot open somewhere where I could jump in and learn the ropes.
