off to winter camp today!

cant wait to get out of work at lunch today and head up! no snow cave sleepigng this time. (no snow) but a great menu on the campfire will be enjoyed. (rose city / west branch area) nice sunny day forecast on saturday!

pancakes and sausage for breakfast and beer

brisket and ribs for dinner tonight and beer

porterhouse steaks and baked potato's on sat and beer

hot dogs with fixin's and lots of beer.

peach cobbler in the dutch oven and beer

all on the campfire, (no camp stoves, wouldnt be right).

very nice weekend. no wind so it made the single digit temp not even matter ! great foods too. everything with us did freeze up at some point but put it all by the fire and it thawed enough to use. just a couple shots of breakfast and our snack bar so far. friends camera phone has the good stuff on it.

If you actually drank something with a lil less water in it, it wouldn't freeze so fast. ;)
