I plan on doing some food on it this weekend. I have to do some reading first to make sure I am doing it correctly!:confused:

I wouldn't know how to act to actually get some sleep while my food is cooking. Sounds kinda weird to me!:eek:
If I get good results from it, I can see using it alot, especially for the foods I want to smoke/cook for just my family.

I'll let ya know how she cooks!;)

well I played with my new UDS last weekend, amazing and simple. I shoulda known, it has to be if Bubba is part of it! LOL

still learning, but I might do ok in a few more tries,not ready to sell the stickburner just yet.

All in all, a good and tasty learning experience. Thanks for checkin it out, and the wife is happy to see one more black smoking device in my yard for her to move so she can mow!

How does one get the wife to mow the lawn? :D promise to do the cooking. It is a rider mower to. Just put a couple off balance blades on it and watch er go!!:eek: Gotta make sure she doesn't lose control and ride out into the road though!:D
