Egged rack of babyback ribs

I deboned rack while wife toasted split loaf of Italian bread and broiled crusty brown, then added sauteed yellow sweet onion.
Also broiled mozzerala cheese on both halfs of bread.

I forgot to mention I did glaze the ribs before deboning, added more bbq sauce before assembly.

Dotty and I were both going nuts wanting to eat or we could have shot a few more pictures.

Lemme know what ya think of your sammie Bubba!

Sorry Kyote I just saw your question.

I removed the membrane before I cooked the ribs, when they were done I took a sharp paring knife and sliced down the center of the backside of rack of ribs on each bone.

One word of caution.........let the rack rest at least 10 minutes or longer after taking them out of the smoker.
The bones are very very hot and will burn your fingers.
