The BOD meeting for the month of January 2010 is scheduled for Wednesday the 13th at Don Pablo's in Utica (right by Lakeside Mall) at 6:00pm.

First of all, Don Pablo's is not in Utica, it's in Shelby Township.
Secondly, yes, Utica is still in Michigan.
Thirdly, Don Pablo's is on Hall Road between Schoenherr an Hayes, on the opposite side of Hall Road from Lakeside Mall, and closer to Hayes Road.
