I picked up one of these kits and injected a brisket this last Sunday.

The inlaws came over and my FIL told me that he hates brisket. I fed it to him for dinner and he got three servings. I guess I changed his mind. The wife also proclaimed it was the best brisket she has ever eaten. :cool:

No - I used Plowboys Bovine Bold. I saved the rub so I might try it later on something.
