This never happened. Those are pics from a cook Debbie did this summer, showing Scott how to cook on a WSM.

Ok, no finished pic. Things were going faster at the MIL's house and I had to grab and go as soon as it was done. It Really came out nice. The apple/cherry wood mixture gave it a nice gold color, not super dark brown or black.
