took my pork loin rised of patted dry then spinkled with a good coatin of tender quick after all 3 were covered loaded on the maple sugar can only hope it tastes half as good as it smelled well any how I,ll let it cure in the fridge for 10-14 days then smoke thats another post ok time to drink see ya later
