The wife and I are going to Clinton Twp. area this weekend. Any suggestions on good "Q" places in that area?

The only Q place around there would be Lazybones smokehouse on Groesbeck and 11 mile rd.

Yes, Deni knows me. Made a visit down there last year, he was gracious enough to put together a sample platter for me. Like I said, excellent stuff!

Thanks guys. Lazybones is quite close to 19 mile & Hayes where we are staying. I know I just have to check it out!!!

Isn't lazybones a take out place? It's been a while since I've been there but from what I remember, there is only like one table to sit at and that is mostly people waiting for their food to go.

We got some ribs to go from Lazybones this past Saturday. It was good BBQ. Phoned in our order ahead of time and I was hoping to talk to Deni a little. There were 2 in line ahead of us and when our order was ready 6 in line behind us. That told me the "natives" know where to go for BBQ! But I didn't want to bother Deni.
Big Al is right. There are actually 2 tables but nobody was dining in while we where there. Thanks to all for your recommendations.

Hey Ron - Have you ever tried Dallas Deli on the corner of 36th st and Byron Center in Wyoming?
