I would sell the insulated smoker if you are interested in cooking "Hot and Fast". I would be happy to give instruction on how this smoker works. It is a 18' trailer with 10' enclosed and 8' Patio. Includes ICE COLD A/C from a 13,500 BTU unit that includes a HEAT STRIP for cool nights. There are two 36" Stainless Steel tables mounted on the Patio area also. The interior has an 8' long stainless steel raised counter top, so you don't have to bend over to do prep and sink. Electric hot water on demand system. It has new tires with only about 1200 miles on them.
