got to try a sample today from co worker,,,, its ok... had a sample of brisket,chicken,p-pork, and a rib. it seems to be cooked ok, using hickory from what i taste, but there was no seasoning (dry rub) to be found on anything ! so it was a bit bland to me, just loaded with sauce that they said they made but doesnt seem to taste special in any way. im going to try fresh stuff thursday night after a trip to costco on hall road, so i will have a better-er feel for what it is. so far. just ok...

There's a chain place Lake Orion way- Blue Ox. Same deal. They need my rub! Got a nice huge Old Hickory commercial pit, and it's cooked right...but...:(

LOOK for the smoker. I don't think you'll find one.

LOOK for the smoker. I don't think you'll find one.

I called the owner and they said this guy named Scott that doesn't know how to publish pics on the web smokes their meat and then brings it in for them.

I read somewhere else that the same guy is rumored to be the pit master for Mike Mills place 17th st bar and grill.

Who is this man they call Scott?????
