Hard Times do make for bargins. Does seem to be an off brand and almost to good to be true. May not last like a honda, but then again it may be a great buy! I have been taking advantage of some bargins and the quality has been surprising. Why not go for it?

Hmm... it won't be too quiet is my bet. Also, no 220VAC... I need that for my well. 2800 watts is just over 20A capability. What's your application?

Check ABC Warehouse, they have the Chinesse(sp) version of the Quiet Hondas for about the same price...
