I decided to try my hand at making some purity chicken thighs. I used Plowboy's Yardbird (http://www.greatlakesbbqsupply.com/product.sc?productId=41&categoryId=2) on about half of them and another chicken rub on the other half. I glazed them with a mixture of brown sugar, mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, and that chicken rub.
The skin was a little rubbery, so I still have some work to do but damn they tasted good!

I also found I have one of the best fed squirrels in town.
