My Red Chicken Chili

I might go this route.

Smoked Chicken on the lang ( but will have to suck it up and cook chicken in the fry pan )

Slurry Mix, Flour, Corn Starch, Chipolty Powder, White Pepper, Salt, Sugar.

Bubba he is using "Red Chicken" for filler, guess that will give it the color....just messin with you D

Yeah, there is something wrong with BBQ sauce in chili.

But, I don't have to eat it :D

I am entering the chili cook off as you all heard and I am making a basic cowboy chili with a back end heat.

Going thru your ingredient list i did notice you didnt add any tomatoes?

If your going to call that a chili i would advise to make and add a roux to thicken it up, otherwise you basically do have soup.
