Wanted to let everyone know about a new KCBS santioned contest "Pauly's Brew-B-Q Throw-down".All the information can be found below. This will be a STATE CHAMPIONSHIP and a qualifier for the Jack Draw.Also it is a Saturday/Sunday contest Information including both contest or judging application can be found through the KCBS Website or:

Looks like a nice event, Have the flyer on the fridge and looks like stuff for the wife to do too.

Yeah, I think so. It's the Fairgrounds so we're on grass...no shade tree's, but for July at least it's not blacktop. Just gotta hope we don't have any major rains. Electric and water to every site(bring a lenght of hose an a extention cord) Should be a good one I hope.

Thanks for the heads up Theresa, I may have to look into this one, its close and so far an open date( grad parties, or fishing tournaments).
May be willing to hook-up with another person or two to make a team also. I do have a cooker we can use.

It's an hr away from my house,anyone wanna be part of a team and split the costs?
Sounds like alot of fun, might need monday off though to recover. " Beer Gardens"......................is that like the garden of eden?:D

I'll be available to help other teams if I don't get one of my own.;)
