Fired up the egg for a 5 hour run doing some thick country style ribs for supper.

Did a couple sausage links for later eating.

Pulled the sausage and added 4 red taters to complete the meal along with coleslaw and peas.

The ribs got a very thin glaze of bbq sauce, no pics as it was dark when they were pulled.

Do you have a good rib glaze recipe you want to share?

Favorite bbq sauce thinned down is all I use.

I usually let it set 25-30 minutes.
