View Full Version : Roll Call for SENIOR "Q" 10-17-09

Senior Q is coming up this Saturday 10-17-09 at Riverside 175, a senior apartment building, in the City of Utica, located at 7650 Greeley, Utica, MI.

We will be cooking pork butts and prepping sides on Friday at BBQ Bubba's roadside location at 26 Mile and Gratiot in New Haven, MI. We will be on site with Bubba's pit Saturday morning around 9ish to reheat, cook the chicken and set up the community room where the lunch will be held.

As of today we have a head count of 57 seniors and a few other guests; we will be cooking for 60-70.

Menu will include; pulled pork sandwiches, BBQ Chicken, potato salad, baked beans, coleslaw and dessert(brownies).

I have commitments to help from Chris Lewandowski(dodgeramsst2003); Bubba, Mike Terry(barring any last minute reunions), Bruce McEnroe and Tom Mogg.

My mistake...I apologize...Bubba will be there with Mike's pit that he lets Bubba use. My Bad!:rolleyes:

i guess i will just show up at the event on sat morning around 9am..?? or am i needed anywhere else? also, do i need to bring anything besides the obvious items? i can be called if other than above 248-894-4540. see u there.

Just got a call from Mike, said it was really embarassing that one of the staff tried to walk Bruce back to his room. They really had to talk her into knowing he really wasn't one of the residents.
