I was reading thru the original post and counted like 14 volunteers and would like to get an idea of who is still in to help out on this project.
Scott has gone to great efforts in order to make this event happen and without the help from our membership this may be the only one we can do.

So who's in? ;)

Barb and I will be there 6:00 am Sunday Morning. Will probably go down Saturday Afternoon so we are sure where we are needed.

Im iffy at best, wrenched the chit outta my right knee, can barely walk today.

If im better I will attend to assist in the great cause!

I was hoping to join in on this one but I'll be burried in the books. Two exams next week in Nuclear Physics & Reactor Theory and Mechanical Plant Operations. I won't even be watching football this weekend. I'll add a few prayers the weather holds out for you.

Bubba can help you out, that use to be his profession before he became a roadside BBQ vendor.:D

No Bruce, that was nuclear waste, Bubba just honed his skills down to not mass production.

Think I have everything pretty much set for Saturday and Sunday. Keep adjusting the food order with Restaurant Depot but all is well, i think. Will see everyone when they arrive, check in at the BBQ Shack if you get there saturday or before 9am on Sunday.

Yes, got the rub from Billybones and Kathy Sansonetti is dropping off a couple cases of their sauce later today or early tomorrow.

Meeting B-Mac at Restaurant Depot at 1pm then heading directly to Jackson. See you all whenever you get there.
