Channel surfing before I put on the kettle, a 2 lb w/ bone ribeye for a slow smoke (220*). On National Geographic Channel now is a very good show, showing exactly how JD is born! Dont like the stuff, but I think one or two of ya'll do. Very interesting and informative. Those interested, suggest you Google that channel and see when its on again.

Brilliant marketing. And not horrible product. I have had better, but- you gotta give it to the "hayseed/Backwoods" campaign.

I use Jack in my rubs, I will not spill the beans my secret how I do get the jack not to clump up though.
