Update info

In case you haven't seen it, there is some updated info on the BBQ for our Troops thread. Please take a look at it and let me know if you are available to help.

We will need at least 4 chafing dish set ups if anyone has that many. I believe the VFW has all the serving utensils we will need.

I have the wire rack holders and sterno cans that hold the full size aluminum pans but I don't have regular steel chafing dish set ups.

that would be great, I can get the steel pans from the Holly Hotel.
How many do you have?

If you are going to use the wire racks just use the foil pans, much easier cleanup and less hassle.... I can throw in a package of Full and Half Pans...

I think I have 3 or 4 wire racks and I'll have to get more sterno cans, some of the ones I have are used, so I would rather have new then take the chance they'll run low.

Also what time are you cooking on Saturday, don't know if I'll spend the night but wouldn't mind helping with the cooking and coming back on Sunday for the serving.

Still working the actual cooking schedule out with Dave Luce. No problems in regards to the equipment, just need to get the exact amount of food so we can figure out cooking times. Will let everyone know asap.
