The fish wash extremely tasty tonight.

Braising the fish in Tomato Sauce per recipe.

& Braised it for about 8 minutes on medium low heat.

Then I transferred it to the oven that was set at 350f., baked for 10 minutes.

We made a double batch of Mac, We love mac & Cheese so much that the double batch will be gone before tomorrow...
This dinner was one of my best today, And It was dare I say it? Even better then Q tonight.
