You are right that is pretty sweet. These deals always seem to come-up when I have no cash. Hopefully it will be there next month. It is pretty much what I have been looking for. :(

I'm trying to talk myself out of buying it just to use at home. It could be ran right in a garage or shed and just plumbed outside. Would really look good mounted on a trailer Jerry.

Yes I was thinking a gravity feed added on the back. that should hold 4 to 6 cases of pork butts. You would have to add some slides and shelves. You would never again have to worry about capacity. Could hook up a cold smoke generator and who knows what else it could do!

The potential is endless.
