As many of you know, part of the annual event includes a "Pot Luck" dinner on Friday night. The event committee would like to continue this tradition but needs a volunteer from the general membership to take charge and organize the dinner.
There can be more than one volunteer :)

I'm not sure what all is involved but I'm willing to help out on this. If you could give me more information maybe I can run with it.

That sounds easy enough. What has to be planned? I'll start something when it gets closer so we are not all bringing the same stuff.

Mike,

I have been waiting for this day for a while now.

I've planned on making ABT'S with my cured maple bacon. And Bacon chicken Wraps recipe from RSS the creator of the recipe.

Like Mike said, just need a coordinator to make sure that there are a variety of meats, salads, desserts and other stuff. By creating a separate heading here on the forum, you can ask what people are bringing and can keep track of the individual dish types that way.

Heck, that was last years news!, it will be nice to have someone who will stay up all night with me while Mike and Bruce sleep. :)
