Looking pretty good. Rub was applied last night and is looking good. Love that Cambro... Hot or cold no matter.

Ribs go on abot 11:00 Planned to eat about 5:00.

Those ribs look delicious Jerry but you will have to eat them while Pittsburgh beats on Green Bay! :D

We should have done throw down. If only I knew we were going to be cooking. We could have gotten UDoughGuy to judge. Next time we can do a rib throw down and Scott can cook chicken.

We will see about GB. Time will tell.:D

Derek we feed 12. It was a practice cook of sorts doing comp ribs. They all seemed to enjoy the food. We just can not eat that much comp food. Tried several new recipes. Results were good for the most part.
