Scottie's Cancer Sucks class

Scottie has posted on another site that his class will be Feb 4-5 in Westmont, Ill and team Quau will be teaching it.
Hopefully he will post the specifics, fees, etc.. here also.

We now have an official date. It's February 5th and 6th in Westmont, IL. Mike Wozniak from BBQ Team Quau will also be a guest intructor at this class. All monies raised from this class will be a fundraiser for my foundation for cancer research. There will also be a deduction for half of the registration fee for the students.

I am attaching the registration form, but it's also on my cancersuckschicago.com website. (It's there, even though it says it's under construction.)

Having attended this class in 2010 with Geoff, I highly recommend it to anyone, especially those who have never been to a BBQ class. Great time, awesome food, and good instruction. I don't think Scottie or Mike held anything back, and the Corliss Johnson foundation is a great cause!

I agree with Dan. I had a great time, excellent food, heard some good stories, got an awesome goody bag, and was taught how to make championship BBQ with my own style.
