Red, White & Que competed for the first time at Grand Rapids. Boy did we have a great time meeting a bunch of you - Thanks for the toast Saturday morning there Scotsmen! We met some great folks, enjoyed some delicious food, and got some wonderful advise from some experienced teams.

We were totally surprised by the 18th overall finish and the 3rd place in Ribs. It was such an honor, knowing the great teams that were at the competition.

We were disappointed with how we presented our pork, so if any teams would like to share ideas with us, please feel free to reply or send a PM.

Thanks to everyone we got to meet, and see you all again soon.
