Howdy Folks,
I'm an amateur smoker still playin' around and learning. I've been doing it off and on (mostly off) for about 20 years and still haven't perfected any one recipe to call my own. Eventually I'd like to be known in my family for super ribs and I'm back at work trying to learn from the best. The last few years, I've been spending most of my meat cooking time over nice smoky campfires at our lake place outside Harrison Michigan.
I'm hoping to get to know you all better and in the process become a better smoke cooker.
