After traveling Enid, Ponca City, Tulsa, Muskogee, Durant, Bartlesville and everywhere in between for 1.5 years I think TX has more BBQ Enthusiasts-just seems more of a food category with Texans...

Seigi's Sausage in Tulsa is pretty good, though!!
